Aunt Kath’s Tweedy Squares

This is one of my Aunt Kath’s favorite recipes. Aunt Kath just celebrated her 99th birthday in early November. As a child I would spend several weeks each summer with my aunt and uncle in Canada. Aunt Kath would patiently drive me around to visit neighboring farms and was instrumental in developing my interest in dairy farming.
