| Now open at Fort Hill Farms in Thompson, Connecticut, the 2011 Corn Maze Adventure! Sponsored by The Farmer's Cow and Stop & Shop, the corn maze is like no other! Every year Fort Hill Farms creates an "agricultural adventure" and 2011 is no different. This year the theme of the maze is "The Farmer's Cow, She's Your Neighbor!" and focuses on the importance of local farming.
The design features a cow grazing surrounded by an outline of the state of Connecticut. While trying to find your way through the maze, you will learn facts about ice cream at various stations along the route.
Plus, if you're up for a real adventure, consider Flashlight Nights in the maze on Friday and Saturday evenings. Just bring your own flashlight and sense of adventure. When you're done with the maze, don't forget to stop and try out some Farmer's Cow ice crea at Fort Hill Farms' creamery.
